The HOTA Activities Group is calling "Hills on the Air" for the very first time: on October 2, 2026 the first HOTA event of the CB Funkfreunde Hassberge takes place. There will be specially printed commemorative QSL cards, and the action happens on channel 34 — 27.345 MHz USB. Save the date!

The first CB Radio meet's BBQ is in the books — but if you rest, you rust! On June 5, 2027 there will be a CB Radio meet's BBQ 2.0 on Pirate Hill. So keep your ears open — you will hear from us!

Past events
A glimpse of our past event: the first CB Radio meet's BBQ brought radio friends from near and far up to Pirate Hill — with rigs, antennas and plenty of smoke from the grill. Exactly this mix of band and barbecue left everyone wanting more.
